coffee maker and space heater (big lake)

i am 4 miles north of big lake.
if im coming to town, and we meet there, that works too.
the coffee maker is a breville grind/brew.
i know it retailed for about $500 when i bought it 5-7 years ago.
still grinds and brews, but there has to be a foot valve or something in the hot water delivery thats causing it to boil alot of the water before it gets to the grounds compartment.
all the parts and screws are there.
includes a nice thermal stainless steel carafe.
the heater has a hinky thermostat.
the 2 for a penny installed one is causing it not to work proper.
heater element works (1300w-1500w) and the fan is good.
all the screws, etc.
are included.
