Need reliable worker to cut sod, haul in topsoil, and haul out sod (S Cd)

Looking for reliable person for landscape job, cutting out patches of lawn with powered sod cutter, hauling out sod, probably to compost yard as it is not desirable for a lawn.
Then bring in good, screened topsoil and spread into patches.
About 4 1/2 - 5 1/2 yards? Will require a trailer and truck.
No bobcat or trucks will be allowed on the lawn, just sod cutter and wheelbarrow.
I will pay for powered sod cutter rental but have no way to get it to my house then back to the rental shop.
Largest patches are about 13' x 11' and 35' x 23'.

This is not a big job, maybe 1/2 day.
Sod cutters work pretty fast.
Prefer a crew of 2 or more.
