HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Care Navigator: Office Support position is an administrative job with responsibility for multiple support functions.
The Duties may include but are not limited to:
Exceptional customer service
Greet Clients and Visitors
Answer Multi-line telephone and direct calls
Schedule Appointments
Collect copays and fees
Flexibility to cover hours outside of normal shift is required
Ability to drive to all 4 locations - Waite Park, Monticello, Buffalo and Elk River
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
High School Diploma or GED
2 year degree in medical office administration or equivalent experience preferred
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record preferred.
Is at least 18 years of age

COMPENSATION
Target Range $15.
50 - $18.
60 (Based on experience)
SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
