Job Summary
The Fulfillment Office Lead will oversee and direct the day-to-day administrative functions and operations of the order processing and fulfillment team.
Hours and Wages
Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM
5 hours of OT may be expected each week
Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week
$24.
00-$26.
00 per hour, based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor attendance of warehouse staff for operations productivity
Oversee daily fulfillment operations to ensure goals and assignments are being met in a timely manner
Communicate with warehouse staff, outside vendors, and management to answer inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Hold weekly meetings to communicate goals and assignments
Serve as a point of contact and liaison with sales, logistics, and fulfillment department
Direct, train, develop and coach fulfillment staff
Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of each shipment
Develop standard operating procedures and performance standards
Manage and maintain inventory databases
Ensure the accuracy of all computer-generated paperwork
Perform other required duties as assigned

Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies
Ability to work with all types of freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous materials, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient with operating a Warehouse Management System
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field preferred
Previous leadership experience preferred
Three years of experience in distribution or transportation industry preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and up to 100 pounds occasionally
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
