This is an In-Office position based out of our St.
Cloud branch, with the expectation to report to our Equipment Finance Division in Albany, MN as coverage needs arise.
This position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting the public by phone or in-person and is responsible for a variety of general administrative duties.
Starting wage of $20.
00/hour.
Employment offers will be dependent upon the selected candidate’s relevant qualifications and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls.
Perform projects as assigned.
Provide back-up to other Receptionists as needed.
Maintain a proven understanding of Stearns Bank products & services.
Maintain a solid understanding of all legal and regulatory compliance issues as they pertain to this position.
Loss prevention and security as applicable for this position.
Perform all other responsibilities as assigned.
Complete required training.
REQUIREMENTS
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time, twist, bend, sit, walk use hands to twist, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, such as computer mouse, computer keyboard, calculator, stapler, telephone, staple puller, etc.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
QUALIFICATIONS
Post high school training and/or two years of experience.

Strong digital literacy.
Phone experience.
