*Job Description:*
Summary:
The Outreach and Talent Generalist is a dynamic role designed to support our organization's community engagement efforts and talent management processes.
This position involves developing and implementing outreach programs to promote the organization's mission and services, as well as coordinating the recruitment and administrative support to our HR department to help strengthen our team.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, communicative, and organized individual who excels in both external outreach and internal human resources functions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Outreach:*
* Plan and execute outreach strategies to enhance the organization's presence and impact within the community.
* Organize community events, workshops, and participation in local initiatives to raise awareness of the organization's mission and services.
* Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, other nonprofits, and potential partners.
* Develop outreach materials and content for various platforms to engage the community and stakeholders.
* Handle logistics for internal and external meetings and events, including venue selection, catering, and attendee management.
*Talent:*
* Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify workforce planning needs, succession planning, and talent gap analysis
* Foster a positive work environment and culture that attracts and retains top talent
* Assist with HR and develop strategic talent management plans that aligns with organizations long-term objectives
* Assist with the recruitment process, including attend job fairs, posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings
* Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and processed
* Provide administrative support to HR department, such as filing, copying, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Experience in community outreach, event planning, talent management, and administrative support, ideally within a nonprofit or healthcare setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals and organizations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suit, and social media platforms
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.

of Human Services criminal background study approval
* Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
* Must be free from chemical/gambling use problems for at least two (2) years.
