_ *RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:* * Consult and provide training for parents, teachers, community members * Collaborate with all other team members of the child’s educational environment * Client Observations * Conducting functional behavior assessments including functional analyses * Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of clients’ behavior intervention plans * Develop and implement skills acquisition programming * Providing feedback and supervision to RBT’s * Collecting, graphing, and analyzing data * Consult and provide training for parents, teachers, community members *REQUIREMENTS:* * Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred * 1-3 years of experience as a BCBA preferred * Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written) * Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team * Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds * Must pass background check _Catalyst Behavior Solutions is a growing company that is led by our dynamic team of Behavior Analysts and supported by a friendly and knowledgeable team of administrative staff and RBTs.
