Phonograph - $60 (Albany)

I have a 1967 decca table top phonograph i put in a new needle 2 days ago it has 3 speeds but no needle for 78 rpm records.
It plays records but it won't shut off by itself also the needle does not land on beginning of record needs adjustment other than that it works manually.
