Hello! Looking for that odd/obscure back lot, non-buildable lot, odd shaped piece of property you may have acquired and have nothing to do with.

We have family scattered throughout central MN and would like to find a "family camp" where we can get together.
Prefer between Alexandria and Clearwater, either north or south - but will consider anything.
So, what odd piece of property do you have that you're sick of paying taxes on? Looking for something on the less expensive side.

Close to water is a plus, not looking to pay on the water prices.

Would also consider leasing a small spot to dry camp on.
