Driving trainer needed (Hutchinson)

Looking for some one to help get my horse back in front of a buggy or cart for next year.
He was Amish raised, we bought him as a trail horse, but really would like to get him pulling something instead.
We would also like to continue to ride him.
He is a 12 year old Belgian cross, about 15 hands.
We bought him for my daughter, but she lost interest.
He has been sitting and is getting harder to work with the longer he sits.
He is easily caught, eager to please, but needs to be desensitized.
I have lunged him and ground driven him.
He does well with verbal commands.
We would take him to you.
We would also need a lesson in driving.
